Protection against aggressive environments

We succesfully make the metal structures corrosion protection, of tanks and other facilities, ensure the extension of the service life (up to 15-30 years) by choosing the correct metallization coating or a system of metallization-combined coatings of the TSZP trademark for specific operating conditions.

Corrosion protection as a whole is a set of measures aimed at creating protective layers on the metal surface that have higher corrosion resistance than the base metal. The anticorrosive coating choice depends on the environment where the metal structure or other object will be operated.

The main advantages of TZP metallization coatings are tread properties that provide high hardness and adhesion. One of the best methods of corrosion protection is gas-flame and electric arc spraying.

The process of metallization by spraying is characterized by continuous melting of the coating metal, spraying it on the smallest particles and applying it to the surface. Settled particles deform and form a metallization coating with a layered structure. Note here that article temperature during spraying does not exceed 120 ° C.

In case of impossibility of dismantling or large dimensions, restoration and application of anticorrosive protective coating shall be carried out by field teams directly on metal structures during operation, without dismantling, at the Customer's facility.

Atmospheric corrosion protection

All outdoor steel structures are subject to atmospheric corrosion. These are pipelines, metal parts of structures, supports, bridges, capacitive equipment.

Corrosion-resistant coatings were most used in shipbuilding and construction, where the main task is to protect against atmospheric corrosion.

Protection against marine corrosion

Metal parts of sea vessels, metal upholstery of ship bottoms, underwater pipelines, various metal structures located both at sea and on its coast are subject to corrosion in sea water and sea atmosphere.

Marine corrosion is a major issue for offshore oil platforms that can lead to equipment failure.
