Hardening

To protect parts and assemblies operating under wear, cavitation, cyclic loads, at high temperatures at which maximum stresses occur in surface layers, we offer reinforcing coatings.
The thin layer of the reinforcing coating prevents premature destruction of the part surface, and with the correct composition of the coating and application technology, it allows to increase the repair period.

Protection against aggressive environments

The base of developed solutions for the corrosion protection of metal structures and technological equipment operated in aggressive environments allows us to increase the repair period, minimize corrosion processes, and thereby increase the productivity in the oil and gas, mining, chemical and other industries.

Restoration repair by gas thermal spraying and laser cladding
