Wear coatings

Technologies of gas thermal spraying and laser cladding are used for repair restoration, corrosion protection and increase of wear resistance of parts and assemblies of oil and gas equipment.

The high cost-effectiveness of the gas thermal spraying and surfacing technologies used for repair was assessed by our Customers, as they allow them to quickly and economically repair expensive equipment, including imported ones, significantly increase the service life of the equipment, extend inter-repair cycles, reduce downtime, and therefore prevent accidents, significantly reduce repair costs.

During spraying, the part is heated to no more than 150 ° C, the coatings are characterized by minimal porosity, high adhesion and cohesion. For most media, special coatings have been selected and passed full-scale tests.

In addition to restoration, within the framework of the import substitution program, LLC Technological Systems for Protective Coatings widely use the production of new products with coating. This allows you to reduce dependence on foreign suppliers and not stand idle while waiting for a part during repair, always having a new part in stock with a warranty corresponding to the manufacturer's warranty.

Application of wear-resistant anticorrosive coating by sputtering instead of electroplating chrome allows to bring back to life parts of various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Unlike electroplating, it is possible to restore the working surface with wear up to 1 mm on the side.

The main priority areas are:.

  • Protection of capacitive and column equipment;
  • Corrosion protection of drilling and production platforms;
  • Corrosion protection of gas pumping unit and other metal structures;
  • Repair of submersible equipment parts;
  • Strengthening laser surfacing of geophysical equipment (stabilizers, resistivimeters, centralizers);
  • Restoration of shut-off valves;
  • Repair of turbine blades;
  • Manufacture with hardening and restoration of parts under the import substitution program;
  • Repair of parts and assemblies of pumping and compressor equipment;
  • Restoration of shaft seats (smoke sinks, etc.);
  • Rods and plungers of various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
