The use of gas thermal spraying technologies at oil and gas enterprises for repair restoration and corrosion protection is quite large.

Priority areas:.

  • Corrosion protection of capacitive and column equipment;
  • Corrosion protection of drilling and production platforms;
  • Corrosion protection of gas pumping unit exhaust shafts and other metal structures;
  • Corrosion protection of well piping.

In addition to general corrosion, the equipment of oil and gas processing plants is subjected to another type of destruction - corrosion cracking. Cases of corrosion cracks in absorbers, strippers, heat exchangers, pipelines have been recorded.
Gas thermal sputtering of metal coatings is the melting and application of metal to a substrate. Both the applied application methods and the metals themselves can be different, most importantly, as a result, a thin coating remains on the surface, more resistant to corrosion and erosion than the base metal.

Many years of experience in the use of metal coatings and testing with the use of external influence on the surface prove that this method is more effective in long-term corrosion protection of steel than protection with paint or polymer compositions.

Our coatings are also an excellent anticorrosive paint base. Organic coatings applied to the surfaces of iron and steel are deteriorated by the action of film-based corrosion, which occurs under the coating as a result of insufficient adhesion. The thin coating layer prevents corrosion of the base, and strongly binds the steel to the organic coating.

Application of gas-thermally applied metal coatings allows:

  • Provide on-site coverage of large structures assembled;
  • Significantly reduce the cost of regular painting by dramatically reducing the frequency of painting;
  • Increase the corrosion resistance of structures due to the protector nature of the coatings.
