Anticorrosion coatings

Anticorrosive metallization coatings of TSPC provide reliable protection against aggressive environmental impact for a period more than 15 years:

• restoration and anticor of the zone of variable wettability of drilling and oil production platforms:
• repair and corrosion protection of surface and underwater parts of the vessel;
• protection against corrosion of internal and external surfaces of chimneys;
• corrosion protection of metal structures, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.

When the technology of gas thermal spraying of anticorrosive metallization coating is included at the design stage due to reduction of metal thickness laid on corrosion, the weight of drilling and oil production platforms may be reduced.
